No agency relationship from using the site
Submitting a request, receiving information, or being introduced to an agent does not by itself create a buyer, seller, brokerage, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Any representation relationship is governed by applicable law and the agreements you enter into with the real estate professional or brokerage you choose.
Out-of-state transactions
For transactions outside Florida, real estate services in the destination market are provided by real estate professionals licensed in the applicable jurisdiction. Caloosa Realty Group LLC may act as the referring brokerage rather than the brokerage providing local representation.
Referral compensation
If you are referred to another real estate brokerage and a transaction closes, the receiving brokerage may pay a referral fee to Caloosa Realty Group LLC pursuant to a broker-to-broker referral agreement. There is no fee to submit a matching request through this website.
